Filter settings

Setting up filters is a task you need to do before you start working with the app. As long as you are logged in, the app will remember the last settings you have applied.

Which filters are most commonly used?

Below you will find the most commonly used filters and what their purpose is:

  1. Status: Standard this will be All statuses, select the status of which you want to see the transactions. (see example in the picture below).
  2. Altering the date filtering: In this example we see all outstanding transactions between November 8th and November 15th. This can also be altered to for example only November 15th.
  3. Choosing a carrier: By choosing a carrier you know which carrier is taking which shipment. This filter is therefore very important.
  4. Various numbers: On this numbers you can filter in TrackOnline. For example, you can search on a license plate or reference.
  5. Type: Type refers to the type of transaction, for example, Declare or Order.

How can I set a filter?

Press on the filter that you want to alter, in this case Status. After this, you can for example press New, after that press OK to continue. Caution! When all filters are set as desired, they must still be confirmed by pressing Apply.
