Introduction
This documentation has been created for the users of the TrackOnline app. In the chapters below we will explain the steps that can be done with the app, this as support of the web application (TrackOnline on the computer/desktop).
The TrackOnline app is available for Apple and Android devices via the corresponding app stores, see below:

Starting the TrackOnline app
How to open the app on your smartphone?
Open the TrackOnline app with your smartphone (Android of IOS).
How do I log in?
Open the app and enter your username (1) and password (2).
When logging in for the first time, if your device is capable of authenticating with fingerprint or face detection (FaceID, Face Unlock, etc.), you will be asked if you want to use it to log in faster the next times. Choose Enable
to set it up or Skip
to skip this step.
If you skipped or your device is not capable of any biometric authentication, you will be asked if you want to set up a pincode instead for logging in quicker. It is a 5 digits code that fully replaces your credentials. Choose Enable
to set it up or Skip
to access the app.
If you skipped all steps, the app will remember your username but you will need to enter your password each time.
App homepage
When you log in, you should see the homepage of the app. At the top right, you can manually log out of your account with the Log out
button. Then you see the navigation tiles at the center of the screen. Which tiles are displayed depend on your user role and permissions within your administration. You can also navigate with the bottom navigation bar.
Finally, you can see the logo of your company. This can be customized in the administration settings from the web interface. More information about it HERE.
